Deborah Denise Dunn was born on July 14, 1966 to Elijah and Dorothy Cameron in Atlanta, GA. She was the first born of three children. Deborah passed away on Monday July 4, 2016, at West Georgia Hospice in LaGrange Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father Elijah Cameron.

 

Deborah confessed Christ at an early age at St. Mary United Methodist Church in Hogansville Georgia. Deborah’s lifestyle truly exemplified her love for Christ as she walked in faith, hope, and love. Deborah, a true servant, was a faithful member of Pilgrim Baptist Church where she was a true praise and worshiper.

 

Deborah graduated from Hogansville High School in Hogansville, GA. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Albany State University, a Master’s degree from Troy State University, and Leadership degree from Columbus State University. Deborah worked for Meriwether and Troup County School Systems serving as a teacher, graduation coach, and assistant principal.

 

Deborah leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Kevin R. Dunn; two sons, Cameron Dunn and J’Arthur Dunn; three daughters, Olivia Dunn, LaToya Dunn and Heather Dunn Blakes (Jimmy); three grandchildren, Matthew Dunn, Jordyn Morgan, and Cayden Dunn; mother, Dorothy Cameron ; sister, Deanna Colton(Dwayne); brother Elijah D’Anthony Cameron(Radiah); father-in-law, Arthur Dunn, Jr. and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, coworkers, former students, and friends.
