I remember when I was a young girl I always looked forward to visits from my uncle Dennis. On those visits he would often play board and card games with me. He was the one who taught me to play solitaire, chess, and checkers. He told me the rules and showed me how to play, and I'd call him out when he tried to cheat. To this day I still think of him whenever I play solitaire, and ever since he taught me how to play I've always kept a deck of cards on me wherever I go.
