This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, DENNIS MONROE, 65 years old, born on February 24, 1949, and passed away on April 6, 2014. We will remember him forever.
thank you Dennis for the great leadership. I will never forget you and all you did for us and the city. thank you for signing my leave request. that was the last thing you did for me and I will rest and relax thinking of how Godly you were and your humanity. You were like an elder brother to me. Jesus said he was the resurrection and the life. and I know you a believed . I will see you at the end of the day when our work is done. When we will all be raised to eternal life.
Dennis, I learned so much from you over the years. You had such a vast knowledge of so many things and you loved to share that knowledge. I can't imagine the City of Belleview without you !. You will be missed. I ask that God let you know just how much you were loved by so many people and I look forward to a day in the future when I can sit and listen to your stories once again.
One of the best guys I have ever had the privilege of knowing ! thank you for that opportunity. You will be truly missed. R.I.P mr. dennis, we all know your still here watching over us.
I was so shocked to hear about his passing. I know that I hadn't known Dennis for long however, the girls up front knew that he had our backs. If an irate customer came around he was there to assist! He also had a strong presence wherever he went and knew all the ins and out of everything around the city. It was AMAZING to hear him talk to customers. He was respected for being a hard worker and a smart man. He will be missed.
