Her Life
November 21, 2015

Mrs. Wilder was born in Franklin, Georgia on March 15, 1932, the daughter of the late Mollie Bell Arrington White and Charlie White, Sr… She attended Centralhatchee High School, and was a faithful member of the High Point Church of God where she served as Vice President of the Women’s Auxiliary. Her church family was very dear to her. Always the hard worker, she retired from the Kleentex Corporation in 1995. She loved working in her beautiful flower garden, and mowing their large yard. Being out of doors with all of nature made her feel at peace with the Lord she loved. Her family is quick to tell you that she was a Wal-Mart addict, and even though she may not buy a thing she enjoyed looking at all they had to offer. Her family was most important to her. She loved cooking wonderful meals with all of them gathered around to eat and enjoy one another’s company! She had a special gift of seeing when one of her family members was not as well as she thought they should be, and was quick to offer medical advice. After many years of her advising, her family nicknamed her “Dr. Dera.” In her later years her grandchildren brought her great joy! She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband Bob Wilder of Franklin, GA.; three daughters, Shirley Williamson of Franklin, GA., Betty Sue Daugherty (Ricky) of Graham, AL., and Michelle Shanholtz of LaGrange, GA.; one son Lamar Hubbard (Kathy) of Woodland , AL; three sisters Minnie Mae Cosper of LaGrange, GA., Kate Brandenburg of Franklin, GA., and Annette Gore of Franklin, GA.; one brother, Junior White (Sarah) also of Franklin, GA.; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents, was preceded in death by two sisters, Nina Noles, and twin Vera White; and two brothers, Airris and Ottis White.
