This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Dianne Scarbrough, 62, born on March 13, 1953 and passed away on February 29, 2016. We will remember her always.

Dianne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, whose unending love touched so many. Her life was one filled with countless adventures and endless laughs.

Born in North Adams, Massachutes, Dianne served her country as a member of the US Air Force before starting her career as one of the first female engineers at the Martin Marietta Corporation. Her successful career led her to Anchorage, Alaska, where Dianne found her life-long love and raised her family.

A dedicated mother and wife, Dianne soon left her corporate career to spend more time with her family. It was her love of children that prompted the start of one of the most inspiring aspects of her life - her role as the lovably silly Nemo the Clown. The centerpiece of hundreds of birthdays and events, Nemo brought countless smiles, laughs, and joy to thousands of children throughout Alaska.

Dianne is survived by her husband Bardie; her children David, Daniel, Dayton, Hilary, Melissa, Kim, and Laurie; her grandchildren Gia, Isiah, Jackson, and Jack; her sisters Susan, Dawn, Laurie, and Nancy; and her brothers Larry and Derek.

A Celebration of Life is planned at 3 pm, Saturday, March 5th, 2016 at her favorite restaurant, Mama Mia's, in Gilroy, California.
