Dolores Foe was born in Harmony, New York (Chautaqua County).  She was an avid artist and enjoyed creating from the time she was a child.  Her unique introspect on life allowed her to see a work of art in almost everything she laid her eyes on. She would often share her perspective with those closest to her.  Dolores had a beautiful, one-of-a-kind artistic imagination.  She would observe the world around her and transfer it to canvas with a paintbrush, buttons or other media.  People often stood in awe when looking at the vast display of her creativity.

The world has lost a truly unique and talented soul, leaving a hole in the universe of those who loved her.
