It is so sad to realize that one of the nicest, most helpful person I've ever met and worked with is no longer among us. He was always so helpful to me with our Magic issues! I would email him and most the time, he would appear at my desk! He was an awesome person inside and out. He is greatly missed! The promise is:We will be united again, until then , Rest in Peace!Love to all, Sheila

I like to call him the "Magic Man" anytime there was a cliche or if I had a question I know I can call or reach out to the "Magic Man". I had known Donald for little over a year and he has always been sincere, patience, straight forward and helpful. "Magic Man" you will be truly missed. God Bless! - Leonard Franklin

I was lying in my bed watching the Austin local news last night when they reported on the plane crash and showed a picture of Donald and his wife. I recognized Donald immediately even though I had not seen him in 35 years.  I went to Huntsville elementary through third grade and I lived across the street from the Frosch family with my Mom and step Dad in house that was right next door

I sat next to Donald for about 2 1/2 years. Donald was a really good person. I will miss the updates about piloting, biking, swimming, marathons, and so on. He was a very active guy! More than anything else, he beamed when talking about Ayden. “For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” ~ James 4:14 For Donald and Jeanne, far too soon.

My wife and I have a 10 year old girl and it breaks my heart to think about the daughter’s loss. Donald - I wish our paths would have crossed again but we'll just have to wait to play catch again in Heaven. Bobby Suber (Strong)

to the Jacksons. I recall riding our bikes in the neighborhood and on the trails behind the houses. I also recall playing baseball with Donald and his Dad in his back yard. I believe that Donald was the best player in the neighborhood. My heart goes out to the Frosch family and the wife's family as well with additional prayers for strength and guidance for their young daughter.

Such a great man taken much to soon.
Not many days passed without Donald and I
talking whether work or personal. We had a
running gig with him being a Yankee fan
and me being a Red Sox fan. I'll miss those
talks. Rest in Peace my dear friend

My heart is heavy with grief as I come to grips with the void Donald's exit will leave. There are certain people you connect with on another level and I was blessed to have known Donald at that level. We shared the same spiritual philosophies and I am comforted by knowing that I will see him again in HEAVEN. Rest in Peace, my friend. I love you and will miss you. Love Janice

Donald was a down-to-earth person and always willing to help people with his technical assistance. As a fellow programmer, I always respected Donald's automate many technology functions by his programming skills. It was vintage Donald to receive an e-mail this morning reminding of new KB Articles being published this week. He will be surely missed. - Sundar

Puff and His Daddy

May 10, 2013

For as long as I can remember, Donald was called the father of Magic.  There came a point where Magic became such an unruly pain, I affectionately named it Puff . . . you know. . . . Puff the MAGIC dragon!  So, this then made Donald - Puff's Daddy.  LOL  I can safely say that Donald will be missed by Magic too.  :)  See you in Heaven, Buddy!
