In Pineville Louisinana Dorothy was born at Huey P Long Hospital in Natchez. Dorothy spent her childhood growing up in Natchitoches Louisiana. Raised by her mother Mary Beaudoin. Dorothy has three older brothers Phelix, Edward, Norman and a baby sister, Mary Jane. Dorothy met Mac Arthur Bolden in High School they married and she had her first son Mac Arthur Bolden Jr. Dorothy then divorced and moved to Houston Texas where she fell in Love with the City of Houston and the State of Texas. She met Joe L. Richards and married they later in 1974 had Arlaine Vashanski Richards who was named after his fathers' mothers husband. Then came me, NaKetha Latrayle Richards in 1978, the first girl. Two years later in 1980 she gave birth to Lonnie Ray Ward Jr, my little brother and married Lonnie Ward Sr. then in 1986 my baby sister Angelia Chante Ward. Dorothy lived a exciting life, never really missing any moments, a woman who touched countless lives with her encouragement, strong example, friendship, love, a lending hand, a pleasent smile our a cougars glare.
