Were you my father?

October 20, 2020
Hello Eddie. You are now gone and laid to rest. It is now the year of 2020.  Chaotic but for some reason calm in my life. Since o I never had the opportunity to actually reunite with you except over a couple of phone calls my heart always wanted to reach out to really get to know you.  I'm not sure what was worse, my mother Mary Righins never really sharing much about you or myself never making a better attempt to reach out to you. The Riggins family was a clan within theirselves. Never ruttering your name around me . Kelly Lynn passed away at the age of 10 and somehow I continued to move on and have a child of my own. Knowing that I had Uncle, aunties and cousins  always kept  me  wondering what it would have been like.  I know I lost my chance to say to you I love you and I forgive you. I know I lost opportunity to  meet you face-to-face..  However, It is wonderful that you had other children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Maybe one day I'll get to meet you on the other side.
Love all that you wrre able to give to this world.

Words cannot take away the pain you feel but knowing that others are thinking of you during this difficult time can be a source of strength. May you draw comfort and encouragement from the words recorded at Acts 24:15 and 1 Corinthians 15:26.

We have known him since we moved into Fair Oaks Apartments and it has been a pleasure getting to know him. Mr. Little always had a kind word to say and always greeted you with a warm smile. He will be greatly missed by a lot of people who came to love and cherish him like a member of their family.
