My mom was the best.. As a child I remember her with her dresses and aprons on homemade everything,she was a very good cook.She was kind hearted ,but could have a temper,lol.She love to read ,crochet,knit and grow flowers.She also like to quilt. My mother and father were married in 1940, they had 8 children,mom always said my dad wanted 5 boys and 3 girls ,but got the reverse.Her nick name was Miss Edie. I miss her so much,she was 89 when she passed. I feel blessed to have had her in my life for all those years.
