Edith was born in TX. She developed a kidney problem. Had 2 kidney transplants. She later had 2 strokes. Edith loved working on Geneology. She spent lots of time, on her computer, working on Family Tree. She worked at MUSC in Charleston, SC. Loved working there. Was sick a lot, but fought a good battle. She's with the Lord, now.

Edith was loved a lot and will always be loved! She's not with us physically, but her spirit will always be with us. She's missed a lot, but
we know she's happy and doesn't hurt because she's with the Lord.

Kidney Transplant

June 1, 2012

Edith was to graduate from Trident Technological School the night before she
was to have her first kidney transplant. She was on cloud 9. Her attitude was great.
She came, from the recovery room, sitting up on the side of the gurney. The nurse said the patients usually sleep in recovery, but Edith was talking to her most of the time she was in there. One of Edith's aunts was here and was so proud of her. Her mother and Dad were very proud of her, too.
