His Life

The first time I saw your face

June 10, 2010

I can remember very clearly the day gave birth to you,I was at the county hospital,in labor 23 hrs,32 min.and 5 sec. (lol) But during labor it wasn't so funny. Edward was born on a tues.at 5:36 in the a.m.,Edward was my very first child but the very first grandchild on his dads side of our family.I remember seeing Edwards face/holding him for the first time so vividly it almost seems like yesterday. The doctors told me to push as hard as you can and out came Edward crying and until age 4yrs he didn't stop b/c his dads side of his family had him sooo spoiled.Well I held him,I smelled him and I looked him over to make sure nothing was wrong with him (at least on the outside) And after that I gave him the biggest hug/kiss ever.He was crying (I 'm guessing b/c everything was new around him).At that time you couldn't keep your child in the room with you, they had to go back to the nursery.Well after day 3 of me being in the hospital I was released but Edward had to stay at least 3 more days b/c  the doc.wanted to make sure everything was ok. Well of course his dad and I faithfully went to see him. Finally we got to bring him home,we were very happy to have him home also, everyone came to visit and bought him gifts even then he was a good baby, just very spoiled from being held all the time.My mom would keep him while I would go to school (12th grade) up until I graduated .But  no one besides his dads, mom and sister's could keep him otherwise (b/c they are the one's who had trully spoiled Edward) Especially his aunt Sherresse anything he wanted she made a way for him to have it.
