My mother Elizabeth (Betty) Edgell was born April-19-1934 On Atwell Mountain in McDowell County WV, she was the daughter of the late Louis & Birdie Ella Edgell she was a twin sister to Tilda Rushbrook,she had 2 other sisters Marie & Leola,,,she had 4 brothers, Harry, Algie(Jiggs), John, & Gerald Edgell,,she married Frank Johnson and had 9 children Diane, Elizabeth,Frank, Jocelyn,Agnes, Vickie, Patricia, Birdie and Rosie. My Mother loved God with all her heart and soul and always tried to stay in church somewhere,,In 1994 she developed Breast Cancer, she took her treatments and they did not help her, in 1995 she grew very weak and tired and went home to be with the Lord on Dec-3-1995. She has been sadly missed and greatly loved, enen tho she is gone she will never be forgotten.
