Elizabeth "Liz" Matthews, 52, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, in a San Angelo hospital.Survivors include her husband, J.R. Matthews; mother Patricia Billmeier of Ballinger; and father Dr. G.J. Billmeier Jr. of Memphis.
