Born in Belfalls Tx. To Frank D. & Beatrice Stoglin-Grant they later move to Temple Texas she attended Wheatly Elementary and a 1963 graduate of Dunbar High School inTemple Texas she was employed at the Vetrans Administration Center as a Lab Technician for 23 years she retred in May of 2000. Ella is proceeded in death with both parents her brother Leon Grant, sister Frankie Beatrice Grant & a grandaughter Ke'Arra M. Blackmon ahe leaves behind to cherish her memory two sons Quincy L. Blackmon of killeen Texas and Kevin W. Blackmon of New Boston Texas and a grandaughter of Temple Texas.
