We miss you Gramma Elsa. I miss you and I miss your daily check ins. Although I see you in everyone I hate that the babies are growing up without your presence. May God keep your soul at peace and be with everyone as they think of you today and always.

Today you would be 56. I still think of you every day and miss you so much. As your grandkids are getting older and older, I hear and see you in them in so many ways. I wish you were still here. I have to tell on Fred to Yvette and Nina and it's not the same. Lilly does get after him though. I love and miss you. xoxoxo

Euology for Elsa: May 12,2012

May 13, 2012

In the book The Five Love Languages of Children, Love Language #3 is Quality Time. The most important factor in quality time is not the event itself, but that you are doing something together, being together. It is togetherness with a focused attention rather than proximity. This time provides a memory bank from which to draw in the years ahead. Elsa perfected this language and has provided unending memories for her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends. To her children, Elsa was their rock & cornerstone. She was their foundation from which they began! Elsa's love was unconditional and despite any wrong decisions, she loved them, stood by them and supported her children always. The love that shone through her was bountiful. She loved to cuddle with her children, even in their adult years. The power in Elsa's heart can always be seen as she demonstrated that she lived for her children and even more so for her granchildren. Her strength, endless love, smiles and laughter will live on through her children. Look to them and you will see Elsa. Elsa did a beyond wonderful job and now her work is concluded. So much pain and struggle, yet she made it through with a smile. Everyone that knows Elsa, knows she loved her music. She always had it on day and night. Gramma enjoyed her word searches and passed that interest on to her grandchildren.  (As quoted by Pelon) "This is our mom, door was never locked, light was always on."

Lord thank you for blessing us with Elsa and the ability to have her life live on in each of us    <3
