This wonderful man is so missed. I love him, as he was a father to be. I feel honored to have been his daughter in low. I can remember when Marion his grandson "My Son" was born he was one proud papaw. I named Marion after him. I can remember Elwood coming and picking Marion and I up at the hospital, and Elwood nick name Marion "Muck". I can remember going to Timber Ridge Church and he was the choir Leader. To this day I can see him tapping his song book and singing. He really Loved the Lord. I know he is an Angel. He would be so proud of Marion, his grandson. I miss you so much and I love you with all of my heart. You will never be forgotten. I was Blessed to have you in my life. Thank you for all that you have done for Marion and I. I love you!

I light this candle, because he light my life. He was a wonderful man and I love and miss him so dearly. I think of him often. He lead the choir in church and to this day I still see him leading it. Tapping his finger on his song book. He was such a wonderful man. He was always there for Marion , his grandson and me. I am so happy he wasn't just my father- in-law, but my dad as well. I will always love and miss him forever more.

Today would have been my dad's birthday. He would have been 83 year old. I miss him just as much today as I did 29 year ago. They say time heals all broken hearts but I don't know. I can say one though, he raised me in a good christian home, without God I would not have made it. He sure does give us strength when we need it. Thank you Lord for giving me a christian daddy and mama. I love you dad!
