With angelic eyes and a face so sweet,
Emelia Irwin was born this week.

Your Mummy's love is so big, you were her whole world.
With parents so proud, and already Daddy's little girl.

Your brothers Samuel and Isaac were longing to meet you too.
They would have been oh so very protective and proud of you.

You touched our hearts so deep, with eyes so bright.
Our heroic little angel sadly lost her fight.

In the arms of your Daddy, you closed your eyes.
With tears of sadness and despair we kissed you goodbye.

So much love we felt in our short time with you.
You blessed our hearts and our lives. A light now shines through.

Emelia, you brightened our world with love so true.
With your memories you left us, will guide us through.

The days with you, our family was so blessed.
But now my baby, it is time for you to rest.

You made us so happy to see your beautiful face.
We shall meet again sweetheart,
one day be will all be together again in heavens loving place.

Until that time, fly high sweetheart.
Your big sister Bethany, will show you the path.

You taught us so much in such a short time.
You are in our minds, hearts and souls.
Forever little angel of mine.
