I miss u so much my daddy, my hero, my cheer leader and my big boss!! Wish I could get one more chance to hug you tight and say I LOVE YOU!!! Thank you for your love.
This memorial website was created to cherish the memories of our beloved, Engr. Abednego Anum, Husband, Father, and much more. He is remembered for his loving heart towards God, his family and community, compassionate, courageous and resilience. He certainly has left an enduring legacy for his posterity and was a great man. His memories will be cherished in our hearts and he will be dearly missed.

Hello Chika, My heartfelt sympathies about your dad, didn't know about this. May God rest his gentle soul in peace and give you all the courage to bear the loss. As christians we know that life here is just a phase, eventually we must all go to the Lord someday.

Uncle Abed when my brother told me about your passing I was deeply saddened to hear that it was your time to leave this earth. I do understand that we all have a time to meet God but I was not prepared for yours to be so soon. When I visited Nigeria in 2006 I was very excited to hang out with you and Aunty in Lagos. You treated my sister and I so wonderfully. I was feeling very Ill at the time and you brought me anything I needed and gave me a lot of time to rest. I appreciate all the spiritual advice you have given me as well. I thank God for your daughters although I don't see two of them as often I still love them as tho they are near and I still feel close with them. Sheena has been the ideal big cousin and role model for me for many years. I say Job well done! The bible says that to be absent from the body is to present with The Lord, I know you are in a much better place than this world. may your soul rest on everlasting peace ❤️

Death never makes the right choice, but we have the chance to make choices in life and should strive to make the best to impact others around us and leave a legacy to be remembered by. The loss of such a magnificently wonderful man is painful and in tears we might be tempted to question the Almighty's decision to call home someone so dear to us. But we must also pause to take solace in the fact that all His works are for good and his plan will unfold only to bring us joy. My heart goes out to all those affected by this loss and I pray God Almighty will provide us the fortitude to bear this loss and continue strong in life according to his will. God keep us all by His grace, Amen.

It can only be the will of GOD, till the end of the world when all would finally meet
May we all learn how to live this life in this present world

Thank you sir for the life you lived on this earth, your mouth was always filled with blessings each time I was opportuned to speak with you. You certainly have raised your family in the fear of God and that no one can take away from them. Your memory will always be on my heart, and though we couldn't meet face to face, we thank God eternity is a long time when we do meet..nonetheless your presence is very dearly missed but we take comfort in that you are with the Father of glory, no more tear, sorrow, grief but unlimited joy forever more. Rest well in the bossom of our Lord

Daddy Anum is a father to me, he was there the day i was born, he would always tell me that i am a very special child and how God took control during my birth, he would always advice me, rebuke me and encourage me like a father, i will miss you so much, we grieve and hurt but we know you are in a special place and till love we meet again, love you very much dad.
