My condolences to all the Rithcie family he will be missed. I worked for Anita and Eris taking care of their home. Eris would come in and have soup and salad for lunch. He alway liked to listen to the radio as he enjoyed his lunch. He always asked how my day was and what was the latest endevor I was embarking upon. He never had an unkind thing to say about anything. He was the kindest most caring man I had ever met. All the years I worked in their home they never made me feel like anything but part of their family. I became a close to the family and will forever cherish the time I was given with Eris. He would visit my father when he was in the hopsital. Anita and Eris came to support me when I graduated college. Anita and Eris have always been supportive of me in any way they could. My father passed away 5 years to the day that Eris passed. Some how I know they are sitting in heaven enjoying each others company.

I never knew Mr. Ritchie as a friend but I knew who he was and wish I'd known him a little more. When I was a 7th grader at Cisco Junior High, he came and spoke to us in Barbara Luster's Career Investigation class and to this day, I still can't figure out what it was but something about him made me want to hang on to every word he said that day. I never saw Mr. Ritchie when he wasn't smiling.
