What will always stay with us about Frankie is her incredibly generous nature, how welcoming she was when we first moved into the neighborhood and how she spoiled our children. No one has ever matched the Halloween baskets she gave our boys :). We miss you so much.

Frankie was my California homegirl and we loved to talk about In N Out Burgers, Mexican food and Indian casinos! I was a member of the Four Chicks bowling team in the winter and Ladies Trio in the summer with her and it seems like laughing was the number one thing we did! What a great sense of humor she had and the most positive outlook on life. I will always remember my surprise Grandma Baby Shower she organized while in chemo and radiation - what a giving lady full of love who inspired all of us to better people. You will be a part of my life forever.

Frankie (Mama) I'm so blessed to have had you in my life! You have been like a mother to me the past 10 years! The day we met I knew you were a special lady! So caring and loving to everyone! I will miss our talks and special times together! Weather it was just sitting on the back porch (after cleaning house) eating crab ragoons and sipping wine or going out to lunch now and then! Frankie, a lovely lady who made us so welcome when ever we met. We had such a great time when we visited Frankie and Larry in the Villages way back in November 2004 to celebrate Larry's birthday. Happy memories, thank you Frankie, With love from Bob and Frankie Mountfort.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Frankie a few times. However, in the short time I knew her she was always a blast to be around. She was a caring and kind individual and she will be greatly missed. I'm thankful for the time I got to spend with her.

We have so many wonderful memories of Frankie. When we first moved into the neighborhood in Mission Viejo, she was one of the first to come knocking at the door welcoming us and offering her friendship. We could have fun just standing out on our driveways chatting or gathering in one of our homes for many different occasions. My two sons especially remember Frankie because at Halloween, she always gave them HUGE amounts of candy - usually the biggest Hershey bars you've ever seen - and they were thrilled. She was not only the light of Larry's life, she was a bright shining star in ours as well, and we will truly miss her. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Larry and their family.

Frankie, For years I have felt your protective and loving nature whenever I talk to and work with Larry...I especially understood your character when you would make sure Larry was "being nice to me" during my last weeks, days and hours of pregnancy! I felt like you were a protective "mom" making sure I was okay ... which is remarkable given that I had only met you one time. What a special soul you are to be so thoughtful even though you hardly knew me. I feel that your kindness will be missed by hundreds of people.

It all started in 1980...a newly married enlisted wife dropped in Hawaii alone until Frankie and Larry Patrick entered our lifes with their two FUN LOVING boys. We had days at the beach with the boys trying to teach Jerry to surf (which I might add caused bandaides over his nips for a week from the surf board rubbing them raw), many card games with ruffles ranch dip and twinkies :-) and so many dates to the Officers Club for dancing Surf and Turf (Larry never cracked so many crab legs in his life!!!) CELEBRATE GOOD TIMES...COME ON we're gonna celebrate and have a good time!!! The most memorable was labor and delivery of our oldest daughter (Jerry was out to sea....Frankie stepped up and went through the hole thing, I squeezed her fingers so tight her hand swelled right over her rings for days!!!) Heather greeted Frankie by peeing all done the front of her....but that didn't stop her from walking her down to the nursery as proud as ever with that huge SMILE on her face. I had the pleasure of flying to CA to land the day the MAJOR earthquake hit SAN FRAN!!! That trip was me alone and Frankie and Larry took me to the HOP dancing and of course shopping....we as a family flew out when Heather turned 16 and we took the "BARBIES" to Mexico, Meghan met Terie Lynn and we just had FUN!!!! Our most recent vist was to The Villages in March of 2011 with Frankie Meghan and I squeezing our three butts into her poor Gulf Cart we drove all over the Villages laughing and carrying on!!! Life was certainly a DANCE and we have been so inspired to DANCE...LAUGH...LOVE ...AND LIVE!!! I will MISS you FRANKIE PATRICK and LOVE YOU FOREVER!!! You were one of the BEST mentors a young girl could EVER have.
