Frances Palacio Soto came from a family of 13 kids.she was the nine kids.she was a love sweet lady she love all her brothers and sisters.Frances had three kid of her own.her kids were all her world for her.and a husband thats she love very much..there not a single day that goes by thats I wish she was here with us.she will be miss forever.     Love your sister Irene
