Hotel California

The song Hotel California by the Eagles always reminds me of Fred. We all jumped in Aunt Bert’s station wagon (anyone remember that car) to go to the store but me and Fred decided to wait in the car. This song came on the radio and of course as entertaining as Freddy was,he proceeded to sing the whole song to me. Lol He was so full of life!! Miss him so much.

  1. Fred was such a character. We were both young at this time. He called me into our parents bedroom. He said Deb look at this. He was holding up an old film in a reel at the window so he can see it. So me being nosey looked at it and OMG it was a nudie film from a movie. X-RATED mind you. I said no you can look at it and walked out of the room. Never told anyone about it. Just reminiscing. Never knew my parents watched them lol.

Baby being born

I will tell this story till the day I die.About 35 yrs. ago TV was going to show a baby being born(not all of it) and Fred asked me if I was going to watch it with my sons..I said "HELL NO" and he said I'll watch it with them.I will never forget the image of the 4 of them sitting on the floor,Rich,Mike and Jr. sitting between Freds legs and Freds arms around them.Miss you so much and think of you all the time.Love you R.I.P. Fred <3.
