I still think of you so often Gayle, when I walk through down town Benicia, I loved seeing you in your little electric cart with the flag waving so high above you. You were an inspiration to all who knew you, especially to me and my family. Old stories still pop up and they always make us smile.

When you reach a certain age, you can't help but begin to look back on your life's memories and the people who have meant the most to you, those who have left you with memories to cherish. Gayle is on the very top of my list. Rest in peace my dear friend.

I have many fond memories of spending time with Gayle. Our many boating trips to Petulama stand out with her and Jack and going to Gayle's bar and playing shuffleboard on a real shuffleboard table. My wife Gale passed away 1year ago and they both wanted to go to Gayle's bar when we saw the sign the first time. Now they can spend time together again. Rest in peace,

My mother was an amazing person. I believe she and Jack are now together planning another trip, something they loved so much to do. I will never forget the stories of her adventures and the life experiences she taught me. We can never thank Marji and her family enough for all they have done, including this memorial. I look forward to seeing everyone soon in the celebration of her life.

Thank you all for contributing to this ideal forum to memorialize our mother. She was so very much into sharing her many experiences through photos, which I hope you all will have the chance to enjoy. I look forward to seeing you on February 4th to celebrate her extraordinary life. Love Always, Marji

So many memories and most of them full of life and laughter. We were involved with Girl Scouts, catering for Emilio's Deli in Danville (that was a hoot).

Gayle was inspiration to behold how she faced life's challenges with "I can figure this out". "I can contribute what I know to help others and their challenges."

Gayle was a kick. She always wore and emitted a palet of colors and a colorful spirit. I can hear her voice in my mind as I write this. She was just too young and too full of life to have left us. She surely will be missed by me. I got a notice today for her celebration of life on Feb 4th. The Nick McDaid family will attend for sure. Thank you to whom ever put up this site, nice touch xoxo
