I recall vividly mum dished my food after primary school session on a hot Monday afternoon and i complained that the meat provided for me was small .

 Papa called me gently pretending to make some additions from his own portion , i hurriedly went to him and he asked me to give him my dish , i gave him hoping some more , he said , Reggie , contentment is great gain in life , now i would eat even the little you have so you would learn to appreciate whatever you are offered in life ,it wasnt an easy lesson me by then , but i had to learn it that day and it has helped me in all aspect of my life , a lesson i have passed on to my three children , i thank God for his blessed  life .
