Mr. George Columbus Painter, age 74 of Franklin, Georgia passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Redmond Regional Hospital in Rome, Georgia.
Funeral services for Mr. Painter were conducted on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from the Stutts Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Ron Siegers officiating. Music was provided by Mr. Painter’s wife, Wilma Painter, Ron Sigers, and Leesa Stutts Cothran. Those serving as pallbearers were Jeremiah Bishop, John Alley, Koi Evangelista, Bailey Painter, Chris Painter, and Ricky Coker. The interment followed the service at the Unity Baptist Church in Roopville, Georgia.

Thanks to all my friends and family. I will treasure all the you have done for me and George and I know I can't thank you enough but you will all be in my prayers. Special thanks to Ricky and Nida Coker, they ate my angels that God sent me. I'll be forever grateful for all you have done for me and George. And to Alice and Gilbert I'm sorry we have to go through all this but I'm so thankful for all you sacrificed and done. I love you all

George is a friend and became a family when him and wilma got married, they were our bro. And sister in Christ through Him we are family, we will miss him here, but we know where he is ( Philippians 3:20)
