Born with her Twin sister, ADDIS, to Mrs. Annie Lou Dunn, and Mr. John Williams, In Fair Fax AL. At the young age of 8, Gladys, was searated from her twin, due to a illness of her Mother, who could not at the time, take care of herself two other children, and twi.s, in which Addis was born very ill, forcing Annie, with no other choice but to ask ask for assistants from family memebers to help with the care of the twins Causing years of separation of the twins. In 1952, at the age of 19, Gladys found her twin Addis, who was relocated to tbe north, unknown, and she packed her belongings, with her Mate, Mr. James Lee Crumps , While expecting her second child, Joyce A. Crumps, and Moved to Boston Mass, to reunite whit her twin Sister. later that year Gladys gave birth, and married James, Septmber 8, 1952. After living several places in Boston Mass, Gladys made Columbia Point/Harbor Point, her home for 47 years, raising all 98 Chidren,Grand,Great Grand,and Great Great Grands. Gladys departed this life, on Mothers Day, May 13th, 2001, at 4am. In the Brigam and Women Hospital, after a 35 year fight with Diabetes. She was welcomed at the gate of HEAVEN, by her LORD, And passed on Loved ones. She leave alot to celebrate her life, 3 Sisters Mrs. L. Sleadge, Mrs. E. Dixon, and Ms. M. Dunn. 9 Children, 1 God Son. Diane, Rosemarie, Linda, Lisa, Dorothy, Kimberly (Robert), Johnnie, Curtis ( Debbie), David (Annette). Ernest. 24 Grandchildren. 51 Great Grands. 3 Great Great Grands. 1 uncle Buddie Dunn, a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Close Friends Mrs. Eddie Blakley, Mrs Stella Morris. And her Columbia/Harbor Point Family.
