This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Glen Goza, 63 years old, born on August 4, 1936, and passed away on May 7, 2000. We will remember him forever.
Every time I'm watching old recorded wccw tapes and thinking about my own dad I always play the the tribute to David and Mike Von Erich with Glen Goza singing the greatest song ever written/recorded. "Heaven Needed a Champion". Only a true champion could've written a song like that. Mr. Glen Goza, your music will always be with me and you will not be forgotten. Please rest in peace.
So hard to believe Daddy that you have been in Heaven for 15 years. I love and miss you so very much. You are Forever Loved and Forever Missed. Til we meet again Daddy, I love you to the moon and back!!!
Missing and loving you so much. The month of May is now gone and so is August. I think of you everyday and the love and joy you brought to all of us. I thank God for blessing me with the very best daddy in the whole wide world. I love you daddy to the moon and back. Love you Always, Briley
Well my goodness after reading what I just wrote I need to clarify the month of August is not gone, but your day of birth August 4th is. That is what I meant. Love You Forever!!
Glen's song about ''Rasslin'' makes me smile. I've recently discovered more of his music over the last few years and it's a blast to listen to. He was incredibly talented. Rest in Peace Mr. Goza.
