Glenda Knight was born to Betty (Blevens) and Ralph Knight in 1953.  Debbie and Gail came along each roughly 5 years apart.  Her parents divorced and her mother later married Louis Schmidt.  Two more sisters were born to them, Janet (Schmidt) Norris and Judith Schmidt.  Glenda married Charles "Mike" Bridgeman in 1971 and they had 3 children....Carrie (Bridgeman) Mahan in 1972, Julie Bridgeman in 1978, and Michael Bridgeman in 1979.  Glenda and Mike were later divorced, but became  close friends later in her life.  Mike and his current wife, Sue (Monroe) Bridgeman, were always inviting her for get togethers and were very concerned with her health and well being.  Glenda later married Doyne Rhoades.  She worked for 30+ years at Olin until her health forced her into disability.  She eventually had 9 grandchildren...Seth (15), Joe (14), and Sam (6) Mahan, Caitlyn Bridgeman (15), Gage Bell (9), Jake (5) and Ben (4) Atkins, Mikey (7) and Matthew (2) Bridgeman.  She spent the last few years living in Mount Olive.
