Grace,

What can I say about you , I met you when Julie met your brother, I knew you were special then. You always know how to make the rouge times - the good times. Taking walks in the woods, and bike riding and then going to your house and going swimming with our clothes on, singing and dancing was always so much fun, You fought so much i really always said " I don't know how she does it"  You kept fighting Just want you to know when I see the biggest star in the sky, i know it you shinning down and saying don't worry  i am doing ok .   The song My way is your song cause You always did it grace's way

love and kisses and really miss you soooo much

your special jewish friend

Grace

July 23, 2011

I met Grace at the elementary school bus stop in 2001.  We made an instant connection and were friends from then on.  We got to know each other well in a short amount of time.  She always made me laugh.  She knew every thought in my head, she was like a sister to me, more than a friend.

One story that was so funny was this...  I came to the bus stop one morning after I had known Grace for a few years, she was wearing a red apron.  I asked her if she had started cooking already?  She said, I was up all night making tomato sauce I never went to sleep!!  We laughed our heads off.  I could not believe that she did that.  When Grace made sauce I would go over to watch her grind the tomatoes.  We would have coffee and she would put on Sinatra, we had a blast!!

Such good times with her!  I will miss her always xoxo Love you Bella

Peach Cobbler

July 9, 2011

I met Grace when I recruited her to be a Tupperware Representative on my team. We hit it off instantly, both being the italian people that we are. She was the most comical individual I have ever met. I had to do a huge Tupperware demo in Queens and Grace knowing the area came with me. We were doing a microwave cooking demo with a houseful of ladies. It was summer time and it was hot. The air conditioning was not working in this woman's home. Grace thought that she rented the place. The woman was complaining that the electric sucked. She couldnt use the a/c (when it did work) and her electric stove at the same time or she would burn out a fuse.  Well, needless to say, as I was using the microwave to cook this peach cobbler, we blew a fuse, the cobbler did not come out looking like it should of. The woman said to Grace "what is that shit she just made n r we suppose to eat it?", well Grace said "That shit really would not of turned out that way if you had a landlord that gave a crap about your poor electric situation."  That woman blew a gasket, she did not rent this house, she owned it!!! Grace then said that she should really look into getting it fixed. To make a long story short, by the time we were walking out of the house after the demo was finished, Grace went to turn to say goodbye and the woman's dog bit her leg!!!! I cant tell you how we laughed all the way home.  Years later we would still talk and laugh about that night. There are more stories than that, but it is with deep sorrow that we will no longer laugh with Grace, cry with Grace, go out with Grace, but she is in a much better place then here. God wanted her more than we needed her. She is truly an angel above. Rest in peace dear Grace. I will miss you forever. Love Diane

Grace

July 9, 2011

I was asked to write something special about you- a special moment that we shared, What could the possibly be talking about- My Sisiter -in-law My sister, My Friend. But it never got read. We shared an incredaible journy together we laughed, we cried  & we prayed. We rolled down the hills in the fall and screamed all the way down the ski slope, Laying in the middle of a  field wondering what our futures would hold. we always knew that we were meant to be together. In some crazy way we knew that the cancer was killing you but neither would admit it as a matter of fact the word cancer just did not exist. We talked about our dreams  and you leaving was not one of them. The ZIZI of Danielle , Kimberly & Gina i could not ask for better. Well danielle has a shoe fetish like you & Kimberly loves to cook ( and we love to eat) and Gina well she leared how to do facial exercises relaxing sounds & your sence of style. Grace you were a strong woman who no matter what the circumstances you looked for the good in everyone everyday. You turned your everyday worries into laughteryou had a joke for everything, you brought laughter to us on the daily basis. Acting was you  you always wanted that special role and the riches that came with it. those of us who knew you  knew you were playing the role of a lifetime. Yes there were tears but they always ended with a smile. We met in the middle of the night  to dance in the street at the dead end, or doing balet while dom was doing the patio, I could go on forever It was hard to watch you slip away- I was scared and excited for you at the same time. Sad & scared because i did not want you to leave and Happy because you would finally be in Gods Kingdom an incrediable woman warrior, I wanted you to have peace in your mind, body & soul. You pleayed the rold of a lifetime filled with humor, strength & courage.

Forever in my heart.. Julia xoxo
