Dear Grant,
i will forever miss your sweet smile and the warm hugs, when-ever i saw you! You were always so thankful for the chocolates i brought to you from Estonia. I enjoyed making you happy. 
I am sure you are now watching over your dear mom, dad and brother from up above  and sending them strenght and peace in their hearts.

I remember hiking Mt Moosilauke in NH with you in 2012.  You practically raced up the mountain, inspiring my kids to hike their first 4000 footer.  Always grinning, up for anything and full of life.  I'll always remember you that way.

The first and only time I met you was 2 years ago when your dad took you boys down to see me for a haircut. You were a typical 11 year old.. A bit shy, a bit giggly. We chatted about your sports activities and how your time in San Diego was going. When I asked you what you wanted you were very sure of yourself.. I'll have a buzz cut!  Aside from our one time meeting Grant, I felt as if I knew you and your brother. Your dad talks about you both always and is so proud of you boys. He would tell me about how great of skier you had become.

So now you've graduated this life way too young. You're job here so short yet a gift to all that knew you.  Your job now is to be a watchful angel to your mom,dad and brother.  They need your strength now.
