We had a surprise 40th birthday party for Greg at a resteraunt in Sault Ste.Marie. We told him we were meeting there to eat dinner. His wife, Sue knew of course but she was keeping quiet! (She was actually involved with planning the whole party!) When he found out it was a party for him, at first he was uncomfortable. Then he ended up having a wonderful time with his whole family there. The reason he was uneasy at first is because he really was kind of shy. He had a hard time with it when anyone did things for him. But he was the first one to be there for just about anyone, anytime he could. He tried to put on a "gruff" exterior, but really he was just a big "teddy bear"! I'll never forget that day. It was one of the happiest memories I have of him(As an adult!)
