Today went okay. I just kept busy and the day was over. I bought myself a dozen roses to remind me of all of the good times we had when he was alive along with pictures are everywhere to keep these memories alive

I have had some bad days and good ones too. I think of all of the good times we had and those thoughts help me keep a positive attitude. I miss you dearly and can't wait to meet with you again.

Harold,
You left me way too soon and are dearly missed !!! I think of you constantly and why you left and it is still hard to accept the new life without you, but I will see you sometime soon.

I am doing a lot better today than I was when we first met !! My brain surgery has really helped and there hasn't been anymore seizures for quite some time now and I owe that to you because if it wasn't for you I would still be having issues with them.
You did so much to make life easier for me and I jut wish you would have been here a little longer to see the difference you really made in my life.

Harold was a very caring person and I called him a "workaholic" because if he was asked to work the weekend he did just that. He cared a lot about his two daughters and when I married him my daughter Janet was accepted as one of his own which meant a lot to me. He did what he had to do to make life a little easier for us.

He loved doing things with the family and going on trips just to get out of the house. He was a comical person and turned bad days into a halfway decent one.

He worked at a aircraft company and loved what he did, but he got lung cancer (Asbestos)   from working there and that has taken me almost 11 years to accept the fact that he is gone and that things do get a little easier even though they are gone. He seemed to be fine and then suddenly you would notice small things happening to him and tell him that he needed to see his Doctor, but by the time he went to see them he was told the cancer was spreading like wildflower throughout his body.He continued to work until it started making him so sick that he just wanted to rest.

I will always remember the good person he was and everything he did to see a smile on your face !!!
