His Life

Harold Joseph Sticht, Jr.

June 7, 2015

Memorial Harold Sticht

Harold will be remembered for his knowledge and ability to speak about current events from the past, present, and future to be.  No doubt about him being a true history buff.  Harold was an avid car enthusiast and he  will be missed by his car buddies whom he “kicked tires” with at  car events.  Saturdays were set aside to meet at Art’s Garage where they talked cars and had their luncheon meeting at Chili’s.

Harold was born in NJ on 06/16/1935 and graduated in Teaneck, NJ.  He lived in Ft. Lauderdale for over 55 years after leaving Wayne, NJ.  He worked for Liberty Mutual and Prudential Insurance Companies. He moved to Littleton, NH with his family for his kids' high school years until he moved back to Ft.Lauderdale where he continued in insurance and bonding (banks) in Miami. Harold was also involved in acting in commercials/TV/movies, as once he had lent out his antiquecars for the local movie sets, he got the "acting bug"

He was predeceased by his wife, Heather Rose (Hisgrove) Sticht, who passed on 04/02/1997 at the age of 61. They were married on 06/02/1956.

He is survived by his son Stephen D Sticht, granddaughter Katrina Lynn (Sticht) Boyd, great grandson, and grandson Andrew William Sticht. Also survived by his daughter, Cynthia Lynn (Sticht) Levy and grandson Daniel Tyler Levy
