I used to read to her every night before bed . When she was little ,her favorite book was called Sleepy Sleppy Dog. I have her reading it  by herself when she was two on video. I used to point to each word as I read books to her and I think that's how she learned to read. Heather was super intelligent.

She used to love to sit in this little seat that hung in the door way called a Johnny Jump Up.It was made so a baby could bounce up and down. I dress her in her little sweat pants and shirt ,put her in it and she would run forward and bounce back or she would just bounce up and down & laugh.She loved that thing so much. She  sometimes would stretch it out and walk and grab things off the coffee table. She really would get a kick out of that.
 

Heather was smart and headstrong from the day she was born. I dressed her to go home from hospital and put a crocheted bonnet on her head. She hated it and cried and cried until I had to take it off of her in the car before we made it home. She was determined to get her way and of course always did. What a beautiful and good baby she was.Pretty much slept through the night from the start and never cried. She was always smiling when she woke up . She stayed like that all her life. I miss touching her face every morning to wake her and having her smile at me.She was such a blessing to have .I feel so very lucky she was apart of my life.She was my life.
