A Time to be Born
Henry “Bimerroe” Harris, Jr. was born the fourth child on July 29, 1947.

A Time to Accept
With a zeal of faith, Bimerroe confessed Christ at an early age. He joined St. John A.M.E. Church later joining St. Paul United Methodist Church where he served for five years, then went back home and reunited with St. John A.M.E. Church where he served until his health failed.

A Time to Serve
Bimerroe was educated in Lee’s School. His entire life was well spent in the New Town Community, the Ponderosa Community and Union Springs, Alabama. He sang with the Morning Dove Choir. He worked very hard on several jobs: the Railroad, City of Union Springs, Welsh Company and Wayne Farms until he retired. Bimerroe was a very outstanding person who kept people on their toes with his funny silly jokes and telling tall tales. He always made people laugh. He also enjoyed giving and sharing; for he was a cheerful giver. Singing, dancing, fishing, helping others and joking is what he loved to do and will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him.

A Time to go Home
On Tuesday, March 17, 2015, God embraced Bimerroe in His arms and he transitioned into eternal rest. His journey departed at Capital Hill Health Care in Montgomery, AL. He was preceded in death by his loving mother, Annie Mae Harris; two brothers, Willie Clyde Harris and Joseph Williams; one sister, Addie Bell Williams; two nephews, Robert D.
