Hepworth Xigagane Hlongwane was born 2 August 1976. First child of the late Nelly Gony Hlongwane and Raymond Khoza and brother of the late Arthur Rhulani Hlongwane .

"Happy" as he was affectionately known, started his schooling at N'wa-Vangani Primary School in Mamelodi Pretoria. He proceeded to complete his high school at Giyani High School in Giyani, Limpopo Province where he obtained his matric.

He studied his LLB Degree at Vista University in Mamelodi Pretoria and went on to further his education at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where he completed a National Diploma in Horticulture.

His love and interest in education made him to pursue several certificates with the University of Pretoria, Allenby College, Oxbridge College and others.

He was employed by a few companies before he found his home at the South African Revenue Services Lebowakgomo Branch after working in several branches including Pretoria, Nelspruit and Standerton.

He met his untimely death on the 19th of April 2013. He was a father, a son, a brother, and a friend to many. May we all accept his departure and be strong and always pray to the Lord to give us strength and courage to pull through.
