I have many fond memories of fun times spent with you and our family. Adventures to Ohio and Canada, which was by far my favorite vacation ever, and countless weekends spent at your house just having fun. You always made me feel special and loved beyond measure. Thank you for all the love you gave, thank you for fighting for our country so I could enjoy the freedom I have today, and thank you for being a loving and supportive uncle through the ups and downs of life's journey. May you fly high in God's kingdom, until I see you again. I love you Uncle Herbie.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss Herb.  We worked together many years at FedEx and I was also fortunate to get to play softball with him on several FedEx teams.  I included a picture of Herb I had from a FedEx softball tournament in Maryland in 1994.  Herb was an outstanding individual and I'm lucky to be able to call him my friend.  I will always remember his ability to plant kindness into the lives of the people he came in contact with.  May God comfort you during this difficult time.
