Mr. Watts was born on June 18, 1969, in LaGrange, Georgia to Hollis Jacob Watts and the late Catherine Whitlock Jordan. He was a Christian by faith. For most of his adult life he was self- employed in the construction field, but for several years he was employed by Papitan, Incorporated, also in the construction field. In his younger years he loved to fish and hunt. He was fascinated by Old Cars and loved tinkering on them. However feeling the wind blowing through his hair and the power he felt while driving his go-kart was probably his favorite of all his past times. He was loved by his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his son, Hollis P. Watts, II (Kaylyn) of LaGrange, GA.; father, Hollis J. Watts of Franklin, GA.; two beloved grandchildren, Addison and Layten Watts of LaGrange, GA.; and three brothers, Bryan Watts of Franklin, GA., Kenneth Watts also of Franklin, GA., and Landon Melson (Valerie) of LaGrange, GA.; and several aunts and uncles.
