Jack and Lucy were born at 27 weeks as I was diagnosed with pre- eclampsia.

Jack only weighed 1lb 7 oz and was ventilated he was doing really well until he managed to  pull out his tube, this caused a puncture to his lungs and he died in my arms at two days old. His twin sister survived. 

Jack is missed every day and will never be forgotten, he lives on in our hearts and through his twin sister.
