Jack was married to his beautiful wife Carole (Jackson) Rehagen for 58 years.  He was the father of Kim Marrs, Jeff Rehagen and Vickie Rehagen-Birk, and father-in-law to Keith Marrs, Judi Rehagen and Kevin Birk. Jack’s Grandchildren are Derek and Madison Marrs and Taylor and Brittany Birk. His siblings are Joel Rehagen, Jill O’Donnell, and Nick Rehagen; His parents were E.S. and Ruth M. Rehagen of Kansas City.

Jack was an Alderman for the City of St. Ann from 1972-1985 and Mayor from 1985-1995 and 2000-2001. He served as Board Chair of Local Government Service Association in 1989, President of Mayors of Large Cities 1990-1991, President of St. Louis Municipal League from 1991-1993, St. Louis County Boundary Commission from 1995-1998. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus #3977, a past member of Missouri Valley Model A Restoration Club, and worked for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Manufacturing for 33 years.

Jack was a man of faith, well-respected servant of his community and deeply loved by his family.

Funeral services for Jack will be held on Monday, January 6, at 10:00 AM with a Mass at Holy Trinity Parish at 3500 St. Luke Lane in St. Ann, MO. Interment is at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday from 4-9:00 PM at COLLIER'S Funeral Home at 3400 N. Lindbergh Blvd. in St. Ann MO.
