Jack was a happy little boy with 1 brother who was 3 when jack passed away named Anthony . Jack died of menlingitis at the age off 14 months he got sick 09/06/1993,an died the 11/06/1993 he died at alder hay children's hospital time was 12 o'clock that afternoon was the worst day of mine,anthonys life . I had to tell anthony jack had gone to heaven we will never see him again , how do you do that. I all so had afive year old brother who was with Anthony,jack, all the time .
