Jacob was born in Milford, May 12, 1997. He has 3 brothers and eight sisters.
He attended Sutton schools and was a senior in the construction technology program at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School where he was a member of the SKILLS Team, and played football. He was a skilled carpenter, and enjoyed using hand tools. He was a member of Boy Scout Troop 110 in Millbury, where he was an Eagle Scout candidate, and he was a member of the Order of the Arrow.
   He was a former player and assistant coach in the Millbury/Sutton Pop Warner Football League, and his interest in physical fitness led to his practice of mixed martial arts.
  Jacob attended and was active at Faith Fellowship Church in Uxbridge, and the First Congregational Church of Sutton. He was loved by everyone he met, and was described by his teachers at Valley Tech as "super-talented, intelligent, determined, loyal and always happy to help others and share his knowledge and know how.
" He was selfless and possessed a brilliant sense of humor. " and left this world he most precious gift of all, the gift of life to another
