I cant believe it has been 10 years without you mom. I know that you and Tausha are up in heaven watching over Kaylas little man along with all 7 of my babies. I know one day I will see you up there...but till then give kisses to all the children of ours from down here that you get to see. I love you mom and miss you so much!

I remember sitting in the back seat with Lizzy and Jackie would sing along to Celine Dion in the car. She was an AMAZING singer and I always wanted to sing like her when I grew up. xo LK

You were always like a mom to me. Even sometimes more than my own. You always were there for me when I needed someone to talk to. You have also shared with me the wonderful lives of your children.

Just looked at the robe my sister was forever wearing. Its in my closet and it brings so many fond memories of her walking over to my house to visit or borrow something, wearing her green robe!

The joy of children

August 16, 2009

When I was a child hanging out with Tausha at her house. Jackie would always call me Sarah Lee. No matter how much I had to repeat myself that it was Lynne not Lee, she would continue on with Sarah Lee. She would laugh the most musical laugh I have ever heard. She had a magical smile, musical laugh and a huge, kind heart that she was willing to share with anyone who was in need or wanted to share her love.

I loved her like a mom and always will. "mom I will miss you, however I know I will see you again along with my sister. When Gods grace takes me to my final home. Till then give my sister a hug for me and remember I love you both and could NEVER forget you!" :)

Mom , I thought you quit smoking? :)

August 15, 2009

One of my britest memories of my mama , I was roughly 10 or 11 years old. She had decided to quit smoking. I was so proud of here when she hadn't had a cigarett for a good week and a half. For a woman who smoked a pack a day, that was steller. Well she began this addiction to Jolly Ranchers, sucking on a good 30 a day. I didnt mind as long as she wasnt smoking besides i hadn't heard of anyone dying from a jolyl rancher overdose. Well one night after she had tucked me into bed. I had been laying there and heard the sliding glass door slowly opening upstairs. having a good sence of what was going on i crept up stairs to catch her in the act . True to my suspisions there my mother was in all her glory. Sittting on the deck smoking . So i tapped on the glass and scared her. She chucked that cigarett so fast and i began to laugh as did she. I knew at that point it was gonna take a miracle to make that woman stop smoking.  I still laugh to this day.
