This memorial website was created in memory of our son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend, Jake Freiermuth.  He was born on May 20, 1992 and left this world following a tragic car accident on September 14, 2016.  He remains in our hearts until we meet again. 
 
 Jake was a great patriot and loved his country.  He had great respect for our armed forces especially our veterans.  Jake was very knowledgeable when it came to history, he could tell you many facts about past wars and politics, we miss his input on the elections.  Because Jake was a believer I know where he is and I know we will be together again.

Jake was hilarious and was always able to put a smile on people's faces, his whole face would light up when he smiled.  Jake was a great Uncle to his nephew Parker and his physical absence will be felt by his whole family until we meet again.  There were many people that shared the acts of kindness Jake did for them while he was here, he truly was a friend to many.
                                                                                      
As well as being a blood donor, Jake was an organ donor and there are people walking this earth today and people with the gift of sight because of his commitment to helping people.  The world is a better place because he was in it.
