Personalized To Creates a Thousand Memories

James Watts (1932 - 2010)

Tribute

If a picture can be worth a thousand words, then a song is worth a thousand memories. I choose to personalize memorials. My memories hold the essences of James Watts (born Jonas Flennory). My oldest brother lost his life without a fight, choosing to go quietly in the night. I didn’t even have the chance to say goodbye. It doesn’t seem possible; however, *“Fritz” (as he was known to me) is gone, gone like a whisper in the night. This website is my way of giving vibrancy to a memory that marks a person’s death, but ultimately celebrates his life.

And so, as memories are shared, a collection of life experiences accumulate and they can help us remember James life. Tribunes are about loving memories. Some thoughts are sullen, some like poems, and some are bright like anthems. Each one, in its own way, helps connect the history of a person’s life to the collective history that we all share. I have childhood photos of James that I bet you didn’t know existed.
