Happy Birthday Mike!! You would of been 60 today!! You lived life hard and eventful!
James Michael “Mike” Riley, 57, a longtime resident of Granville County, passed away Thursday, May 16th, 2013 at his home.
A native of Granville County, he was the son of Clarence W. Riley and the late Marie Cox Riley. He was a member of Tally Ho First Baptist Church and worked in the flooring business for many years.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Monday May 20th at Tally Ho First Baptist Church by Reverend Jim Smith.
Surviving are his father, Clarence W. Riley of the home and an aunt, an uncle and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Riley.
Flowers are accepted or contributions may be made to Concord Baptist Church “Bus Fund”, 2509 Lyon Station Road, Creedmoor, NC 27522.
Visitation will follow the graveside service and at other times at the home.
Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor is assisting the Riley family.

I was a class mate of Mike's and lived in Stem for a great part of my life. He was the hit of our class. Funny and always up to something, (You remember don't you Mike). My prayers are with the family. How we loose track of people and then all of a sudden we see their name. God Bless the family at this time.
