Popular local restaurateur, Mr. James Paul Vaughn, age 70 of Franklin, Georgia passed away at his home on Thursday, January 16, 2014. 

Memorial Services will be conducted on Monday, January 20, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from the Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home Chapel located at 2717 Franklin, Parkway, Franklin, Georgia.

The family will receive guests one hour prior to service time.

A second memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from the Cooke Mortuary, located at 220 Tennessee 61 East, Maynardville, Tennessee.

The family will receive guests one hour prior service time.

The interment will follow in Caps Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, in Sharps Chapel, Tennessee.

The Tom Stutts and Son Funeral Home of Franklin, Georgia, and the Cooke Mortuary of Maynardville, Tennessee are in charge of arrangements.
