James' Obituary

Born August 21st 1936 in French Lick Indiana to Phillip Sherman Wineinger and Elva Marie Harris Wineinger. Passed from this life on January 11th 2016 at his home in Fort Mill South Carolina. Loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Keith married his High School sweetheart, Betty Lou Dixon on May 29th 1954. Six children followed, Debby, Pam. Brian, Mark, James and Chad and later 10  grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Keith served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1957 in North Korea and later worked as a Driver for Yellow Freight for 35 years retiring in March of 2000. Since retirement, Keith became a cornerstone of his neighborhood, befriending literally dozens of neighbors who enjoyed his zest for life and recognized a truly unique individual with a penchant for story and joke telling. His wonderful friends and neighbors have since expressed overwhelming love and admiration for him and deep sorrow at his passing. He is survived by his sisters Evelyn Crecilius, Georgia Marson and Kathy Taylor, and brother Clarence Edward Wineinger. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Wendy Marie Byard, as well as his sister Bonnie Mahan. He will be fondly remembered, greatly missed and loved by all.
