Jamie was born in sheer estacy to his father and I. He was very sick with a bowel obstruction, and immediately taken to Halifax via ambulance. But by some miracle he made it through a lengthy surgery and continued to grow after we got him home to stay at 4 months old. He was so bright and such a loving child. He was very funny and enjoyed to laugh more than anything, except for wrestling. He loved it when he first saw it for the first time on t.v. He even nicknamed his favourite niece and nephew "Hogan", and ''Miss Elizabeth." He s survived by his 3 boys Gabriel Logan, Hunter Jacob, and Bret David, and his ever loving mother, Katherine Balser Whitten, and sister, Katie Naomi Whitten. Now for a short comment to Jamie. I am so sorry I failed you as a mother, and laid all of my burdens on you. It wasn't your job to hold me up. Sorry seems to be the hardest word, but only God above really knows how my quilt will continue to plague me until I take my last breath. But until I do, I want my last breath to be able to say, " I love you, my darling son."
